Organic golden linseed meal

Used in baked goods as an ingredient in breakfast cereals. Suitable as a thickener for sauces and drinks. It is recommended to add 10-20% flaxseed flour to the pastry dough. As this flour is highly water-absorbent, recipes need to increase the liquid content accordingly.
