Organic chamomile flowers

Organic chamomile flowers are renowned for their calming properties and are often used in teas, tinctures and skincare products. They are rich in antioxidants such as apigenin, which help reduce inflammation, support digestive health, promote relaxation and better sleep.
Chamomile is also known for its ability to soothe skin irritations and promote wound healing when used externally.
Chamomile is most commonly prepared as a tea, but can also be used in bath infusions, compresses or homemade beauty products for a calming effect.

Consumption
Tea infusion: pour 1 teaspoon into a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for about 10-15 minutes.
External use: chamomile infusions or extracts can be applied to the skin as needed.

Although they are generally safe, excessive use can cause allergic reactions, especially in people sensitive to calendula, chamomile or calendula, and can interact with certain medications.
