Organic sorghum groats, hulled

Organic sorghum groats without husk. It has a delicate mild flavour. Once cooked, it is delicious in salads, soups and as a side dish for a variety of dishes. Ground groats can be used to thicken sauces and soups.

Preparation: after washing and soaking in cold water for a few hours, cook the groats for 30-40 minutes.
