Trifala<\/strong>, a herbal formulation originating from traditional Ayurvedic medicine, offers a unique blend of three powerful fruits: Amalaki fruit (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki fruit (Terminalia belerica), Haritaki fruit (Terminalia chebula). This trio forms a powerful formula widely known for its health benefits.<\/p>\n

The story of organic Triphala (Triphala)
\nIn Ayurveda, Triphala is used for its digestive benefits – to promote healthy digestion and detoxify the body.
\nA healthy digestive system is essential for good health. An unbalanced and inefficient digestive system leads to a wide range of health problems by directly weakening immunity.
\nScience claims that Trifala is a powerful three-herb formula with many effective therapeutic uses.<\/p>\n

Attention
\nAlthough Triphala is generally well tolerated, sensitive individuals may experience mild gastrointestinal discomfort. Triphala should be started at a lower dose and gradually increased, which may reduce these effects.
\nDue to its laxative properties, excessive use of triphala can cause diarrhoea.
\nNot recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.<\/p>\n

Optimal dosage
\nIt is recommended to start with 3 g (0.5 tsp) per day. Maximum dose 10 g per day.<\/p>\n

Consumption
\n– 1-3 times a day after meals, 0,5 tsp. sp. Stir the powder in 0.5 – 1 glass of hot or warm water, drink warm.
\n– 1 time a day after dinner, 0.5 – 1 tsp. sp. Stir triphala powder in 0.5-1 glass of hot or warm water, drink warm.<\/p>\n

On an empty stomach, more sensitive people may feel abdominal discomfort. The best way to take triphala is after a meal.
\nAfter 3 months. taking a break.<\/p>\n

For oral hygiene
\nToothpaste – mix a little Trifala powder with water and use as toothpaste;
\nMouthwash – 0,5 tsp. Mix Trifala with 0.5 glass of water and use as a mouthwash.<\/p>\n
