DELIVERY TERMS:

We will deliver your order within 5–6 working days (we aim to do this as quickly as possible).

Deliveries are made within Germany and Austria.

Standard delivery of goods ordered via the online shop is carried out by the SMARTPOSTI (GLS) courier service to the address you have provided:

Free delivery for parcels over €80 via SMARTPOSTI (GLS) courier to your address.

Standard delivery via SMARTPOSTI (GLS) courier to the address you have provided – €6 for parcels up to €80.

Additional information regarding delivery:

Please note: Please check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please mark this on the parcel upon receipt and draw up a damage report in any format. If no damage to the packaging is detected upon delivery, the parcel is deemed to have been delivered in good condition and undamaged.

*Minimum order amount – 10 € (final amount after applying discounts). If the order amount is less than 10 €, an additional 3 € packing fee is applied.

Please take responsibility for the chosen delivery method during low or high outdoor temperatures, as this may negatively affect product quality.

Due to a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed.To reduce our environmental impact, we try to reuse packaging from other goods for dispatch. We always endeavour to pack your order as securely as possible to ensure the goods arrive in good condition.
